Refund and Returns Policy

Farmerica provides a time period of 3 days to return or replace products if it is delivered in bad or any other unfavorable condition, with ease.

Once you’ve decided to return your product/s, here is what you need to do:

For Registered Users or Guest Users

  1. Contact us on our toll-free number: 
  2. Provide your order id, Mobile number and email id
  3. Provide the reason for the return and Farmerica team will get in touch with you on phone.

Terms and Conditions for Returns: 

  • This item is eligible for return within 3 days of delivery
  • Refunds can take up to 15 days to reflect in your account after we receive our product back.
  • Returns after 3 days are not eligible for a refund.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition.

In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:

  • Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
  • Quality issue
  • Has missing items
  • Is different from what was ordered
